- Please choose your size carefully by referring to our sizing charts.
- Sorry but we cannot refund orders if you simply change your mind.
- Before making a return please contact us .
- In the event of an exchange, the customer must return the product with the invoice.
- We can’t be held liable for the postage cost for exchanges.
- In the event of a faulty product we are happy to offer our customers a refund, exchange or credit.
- Please keep your receipt for proof of purchase.
- No returns or exchange on sale items.
Shipping
How much does it cost to ship my order?
Once you have selected your preferred shipping option and submitted your order the cost will be automatically calculated and will appear on the shopping page. This occurs before the request for payment and is affected by factors such as the weight and size of your order, as well as your location and chosen shipping method. Postage costs are determined by Australia Post's Postage Assessment Calculator.
Flying Colours Clothing is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred when shipping internationally.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Goods will be dispatched within 5 days of an order being received. The time your order takes to reach you depends upon the shipping method you select.
Within Australia
Standard Mail Delivery (AusPost) 1-6 working days
Express Post (AusPost) next working day (within network)
Rest of World
International Air Mail (AusPost) 1-4 weeks
UPS Courier 1-5 working days
All overseas orders are sent by standard first class airmail. There is no tracking information available on airmail items. If speed of delivery or tracking is important to you, it may be worth selecting the 'Courier' option when placing your order.
Once your order arrives in your country, it is passed to your postal service, which will deliver it to you in keeping with their standard working practices. Efficiency varies depending on the destination country - sometimes delivery can be very quick, sometimes less so.
International Customs can also hold up a package, sometimes for no apparent reason, and in these cases there's not a lot we can do to speed things up.
